Elements of effective communications has been an insightful
experience. In addition to being a required class to meet the objectives of
my pursued degree, it also adds vale to my work. Many of the principals
obtained in this class are now implemented in my place of work. Under-
standing the human filters and how they interpret information was a
strong focus of this class. The communication skills obtained in this class
has also been beneficial at home and in other social settings.
