Hi, welcome to my life beyond the classroom and work.
-Hobbies,
Spending time managing the 16 acre River Ranch nestled in a wet land
along the Jordan River is where I spend the majority of my discretionary
time. Raising black angus beef and tending a garden brings tranquility and
relaxation into my busy life. I enjoy entertaining or just hanging out around
the fire pit with friends and family.
CPAA (Colorado Plateau Archaeological Alliance) is an organization I serve
as vice president. This non-profit organization allows me to give
back to a country and society that has given me so much. As vice president
I am responsible for assembling income sources, budgets, and assisting in
assembeling the scope of work CEPA provides on a yearly bases. The field
work provides a great excuse to work and play in the great outdoors.
CPAA's goal is to preserve current Archaeological sites in a way that benefits
current and future generations. This involves hiking, river running and in some
cases flying into remote areas via helicopter.
